Return & Refund Policy
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at shop@thespookythreads.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Unannounced returns may not be processed.
If you wish to request a return, you can initiate it directly from your account page for a flat fee of 9.99 EUR. However, we recommend contacting us first at shop@thespookythreads.com; in most cases, we can help resolve your issue without the need for a return.
Horror Decor Refunds
For home decor items, you can request a refund without needing to return the product. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch and you have provided accurate shipping details, you are eligible for a full refund. In certain cases, such as multiple refund requests associated with the same account, we may require the return of the product before processing the refund. If this is needed, we will provide all necessary return instructions, and you may be responsible for shipping costs (Flat Rate of 9,99 Eur).
Merchandise (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.)
Each piece of our apparel is produced on demand—crafted especially for you only after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach allows us to offer exclusive designs but means production and shipping may take longer than standard retail. Because your item is custom-made, we only accept returns or provide refunds if your product arrives defective or damaged. We do not offer returns for reasons such as a change of mind or sizing issues, so please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
Due to this unique production process, if your merchandise is not delivered within 45 days of your order date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, please return the current item (after approval), and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (when required), we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. For decor refunds that do not require a return, we’ll process your refund after review. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take a little longer to show the funds. If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact us at shop@thespookythreads.com.
